A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

INTRODUCTION

The Air Services Pumpkin Daze Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is intended for legal residents of the state of Missouri who are homeowners within the Air Services service area and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law and Missouri state law. Do not enter this Giveaway if you do not reside in Missouri or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. The Giveaway is sponsored by Air Services, with offices at 2145 W Sunset St, Springfield, MO 65807 and 1912 S Duquesne Rd Ste A, Joplin, MO 64801 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Missouri who are homeowners within the Air Services service area and at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER

The Giveaway will be held exclusively during Pumpkin Daze on October 3 and 4, 2025, in Republic, Missouri (the “Giveaway Period”). To enter, scan the QR code available at the Air Services booth and complete the official entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person.

All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All information submitted by entrants will be treated according to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.airservicesheatac.com/privacy-policy/.

PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of:

A Family 4-Pack of Carvable Pumpkins with Carving Kits (Approximate Retail Value: $100)

The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on Monday, October 6, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be announced on the Sponsor’s Facebook and Instagram pages. It is the entrant’s responsibility to check those platforms to see if they have won. The winner must contact Air Services within one (1) week of the announcement to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed in that time, an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

If for any reason the operation or administration of this Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned due to factors beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and award the prize using all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages, including punitive, consequential, or direct damages.

DISPUTES

All disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Missouri, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Entrants waive any right to claim indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and their remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred.
