The Springfield service provider donated $500 for each full HVAC unit installation throughout October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (November 12, 2024) — Air Services, the HVAC, plumbing and electrical experts who have served the Springfield area for over 60 years, presented a check to the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks (BCFO) during its Customer Appreciation Day event on November 9.
During the month of October, Air Services donated $500 for each full HVAC unit installation in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, raising a generous donation amounting to $22,500. The service provider has supported BCFO for several years through participation in fundraising events but marks the brand’s largest donation ever.
“Breast cancer has had an impact in some way on nearly every single person. The team at Air Services is honored to be able to raise funds and give back to a cause that is so important to us and our community,” said Ely Murray, Air Services General Manager. “We look forward to seeing the impact this donation has on local breast cancer survivors and their families.”
Members of the Air Services team presented BCFO leadership with the check during a Customer Appreciation Day event, held at Rutledge Wilson Park on November 9. The event brought together the Springfield community for an afternoon of fun complete with food trucks, games, giveaways and more.
